About Booking With Us!
With 52 rooms including our nine specialty rooms, the Copper Queen Hotel has seen many guests come and go including some famous ones.
Please feel free to inquire about our Specialty Rooms and rooms with claw foot tubs, which are subject to availability. We have one handicapped equipped room (not ADA certified), please inquire about availability and pricing. As a historic hotel with antiques throughout, we do not allow pets in the hotel. Our entire hotel is non-smoking, designated smoking areas are the Saloon patio on the first floor and the Pool area on the second floor. While the hotel does not have a dedicated parking lot, there is a city owned public lot approximately half a block west of the hotel, behind the YWCA.
A valid credit card (visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) is required to confirm your reservation. Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit/debit card, travelers check, and company check. Upon arrival your credit card will be Pre-Approved for the full amount of charges plus an additional $50.00 for any incidental charges. Upon Check-out this amount will be replaced by your actual charges. It may take your bank up to 5 days to process this change.
Cancellation Policy
You have 72 hours prior to 3:00 pm of the arrival date to cancel your reservations without penalty. You will be charged a 50.00 cancellation fee for any reservation that is canceled within the 72 hours and a full nights charge for reservations canceled on the day of arrival. For special event weekends the cancellation policy changes to 7 days with a full nights charge if canceled within a 7 day period of arrival. All Credit cards will be Pre-Authorized by 12:30pm the day of arrival on holiday or special event weekends. If you plan on changing your credit card upon arrival please call the hotel no less than 24 hours prior to your arrival at (520) 432-2216.
